If you require to cancel a planned consultation or implementation, kindly notify us at minimum 48 hours beforehand. Cancellations executed within 48 hours might incur a cancellation charge to offset preparation expenses.
We support our craftsmanship and pursue total client contentment. If you are unsatisfied with our installation, please reach out within 7 days of finalization. We will collaborate with you to resolve any issues and perform required modifications.
Specially ordered materials and textiles that have been trimmed or implemented cannot be returned. Untouched materials might qualify for return within 14 days of acquisition, contingent upon examination and restocking charges.
